As per his conditions, Duane is not allowed to have any unsupervised contact with minors and needs to report to probation every Tuesday. Duane filed a motion seeking to report for probation via phone because he had to relocate and is now in Derry, NH. His motion was allowed.

The texting started Wednesday morning, 8-16-23. Duane was there on his blue mountain bike to meet the (decoy) teen girl early in the morning on 8-17-23. Approx 22hrs. Duane is every parents worst nightmare, a monster.
