As per his conditions, Duane is not allowed to have any unsupervised contact with minors and needs to report to probation every Tuesday. Duane filed a motion seeking to report for probation via phone because he had to relocate and is now in Rumney, NH. His motion was allowed.
*Compliance and Election Hearing held on November 16, 2023. Duane filed a motion to dismiss.
*The motion was heard on December 29, 2023. Duane’s motion to dimiss was denied! *Discovery & election hearing scheduled for February 23, 2024.
*Duane filed a motion seeking to dismiss count 2. The motion was allowed.
*JURY TRIAL for count 1 is on Wednesday April 24, 2024! Of course we will have a representative there to see how it goes. Updates will be posted as they become available.
* The date of the jury trial, Duane’s attorney filed a motion to dismiss the entire case. The motions was allowed. The reason for this had nothing to do with the validity of the evidence, the decoy or the law. This happened because the person responsible for giving discovery to the defendant and his attorney did NOT do so by the date required. This is inexcusable. Our team will be looking more into this matter and bringing publicity to the entire situation. The ADA on this case was Felicia Gordon. Her supervisor is Tim Andrea. He has been left a message 7/31/24, regarding this case and asked to call me back.

The texting started Wednesday morning, 8-16-23. Duane was there on his blue mountain bike to meet the (decoy) teen girl early in the morning on 8-17-23. Approx 22hrs. Duane is every parents worst nightmare, a monster.
